Can your Sarum Velo riders Help out ? if anyone is free ?

The Salisbury and District branch of the Samaritans are running SAMS RIDE, a professionally organised Cycle Sportive on Sunday May 17th around the local area. We are expecting as many as 400 riders and friends so please encourage as many as possible of your club riders to join our fully supported ride over scenic routes in aid of a great local cause.

The Samaritans are dedicated to supporting those unfortunate to be in need of emotional support and the Salisbury based branch is entirely run by local volunteers. Our branch costs £70,000 per year to run and we need to raise much of that ourselves to keep our phone lines open and to recruit volunteers to provide our service.

There are three ride options – 25, 50 and 100 miles.
Entry is from £20 including fully stocked rest stations and lunch
Riders can enter at our website www.samsride.co.uk

Thank you
